- Outbound shipping from our store via the US Postal Service is FREE on all orders.

- Orders ship on all weekdays and Saturdays (excluding holidays).
- Packages will ship via U.S. Postal Service unless otherwise noted.
- You will typically receive your order in 3-10 business days from the date you placed the order, depending on inventory. If you would like more specific shipping times, please call our store directly for an estimated delivery date.
- Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as your order has left our facility.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges on any returns or exchanges. A return/exchange instruction form will be included with your order.
- Sales tax of 10% will be charged on all orders shipped within the state of Illinois. No sales tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Illinois.

Please Note : Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all returns and exchanges that are sent back to our store.
- We offer a 30-day return policy, as long as the item is in new/unworn condition with the original box/packaging. Within this time frame, simply return the item to us for an exchange or refund (to your original method of payment).
- Please include a copy of your original receipt with your return. If you cannot find the receipt, please enclose a note with your name and address and let us know what you'd like us to do with your return.
